AI Enablement & Capability Building
Develop AI learning paths across Smart Infrastructure IT and Smart Infrastructure Design impact formats: trainings, Design Thinking workshops, discovery sessions, multipliers programs, coaches training Build reusable assets (playbooks, templates, guides, starter kits, benchmark decks) Maintain and evolve the AI Champions Network and enablement communities Measure enablement effectiveness, usage, adoption KPIs and iterate based on data
Discovery & Early-Phase AI Use Case Support
Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to uncover business challenges and opportunities using Design Thinking and service design Help teams analyze pain points, frame problems and identify processes that could vantaggi from AI-driven improvement Guide ideas through the intake process and ensure they reach the right delivery teams for implementation Provide practical readiness support, including skills assessment, data awareness and cross-team alignment to enable successful adoption
Change Management & Adoption Acceleration
Translate AI & transformation strategy into concrete change actions for teams, regions and functions Coach leaders and teams on working models, behaviors and mindset shifts required for AI adoption Craft compelling narratives (value stories, before/after scenarios, success cases) Drive communication flows, storytelling and internal “AI literacy” campaigns Support post-workshop change activities where needed (adoption nudges, champions activation)
Frameworks, Standards & Quality
Maintain and evolve standardized methodologies (Design Thinking, enablement modules, maturity/assessment frameworks) Ensure consistent quality across all enablement activities and materials Contribute to scalable approaches supporting ONE Tech Company, Data & AI maturity models and SI IT Excellence
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as a key connector across Smart Infrastructure IT and related business units Foster collaboration and ensure smooth handovers between critical stakeholders, including:
Transformation Hub – driving enablement, discovery and change initiatives Data & AI teams – delivering advanced analytics and AI solutions Automation and Agent Factory – building intelligent automation capabilities Platform and Product teams – managing core technology platforms Strategy & Portfolio teams – aligning priorities and governance
Requirements
5+ years in management consulting, product/technical program management, or digital transformation; 2+ years leading AI/ML, automation, or data-driven initiatives Strong hypothesis-driven problem solving, stakeholder influence, executive presence and the ability to explain complex topics simply Proven success designing and scaling learning journeys, workshops, communities of practice and adoption playbooks Working understanding of AI/ML platforms, APIs, agent/automation patterns, RAG, data governance; able to challenge and coach technical teams Outstanding storytelling, facilitation and visual communication; confident in C-level settings STEM degree (Computer Science, Data/AI, Engineering, Information Systems or related); Master’s required, PhD preferred Curious, pragmatic and outcome-focused; comfortable with ambiguity; high ownership and follow-through Italian and English (both fluent)
Nice to Have
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI/OpenAI and Power Platform in enterprise contexts Model design Agile ways of working (Jira/Confluence); ability to build or oversee small demos/PoCs with data/AI teams

Enablement embedded: Role-based learning journeys and peer forums active; managers and AI Champions sustain adoption without heavy central push Measurable value: Clear KPI improvements in targeted workflows; visible dashboarding for leadership Portfolio traction: A prioritized pipeline of AI use cases with ROI frameworks; 3–5 scaled playbooks adopted across functions Proficiency in English and Italian Eligibility to work in Italy
