Your Role and Responsibilities As Team Leader you will act as a client‑facing practitioner, working collaboratively with clients to deliver high‑quality SAP MM solutions and serving as a trusted advisor with a strong understanding of SAP MM methodologies, best practices, and related work products. You will lead projects that support clients in optimizing procurement, inventory management, logistics, and material planning to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen supply chain performance. Primary Responsibilities
Strategic SAP MM Solution Focus: Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP MM solutions that are simple, scalable, and aligned with client needs.
Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Drive strategy definition and solution implementation, leveraging your knowledge of SAP MM and the latest technologies to deliver measurable business value.
Client Advisory and Support: Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients in process optimization, change management, and adoption of SAP best practices.
Team Leadership: Coordinate and mentor team members, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Hands‑on experience in SAP MM configuration, including design, configuration, and deployment of SAP MM solutions in line with client requirements.
Proven track record with at least 3 full end‑to‑end SAP MM implementations, covering all project phases from preparation, blueprinting, realization, testing, to go‑live.
Experience in roles such as Consultant, Senior Consultant, or Solution Architect, guiding junior team members and ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
Deep understanding of SAP MM processes and workflows, including Procurement, Inventory Management, Material Valuation, Logistics Invoice Verification, External Services Management, and integration with other modules (FI, SD, PP, WM).
Ability to analyze and optimize supply‑chain and procurement business processes, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices and client organizational objectives.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
Familiarity with S/4HANA advanced features such as Embedded Analytics, Fiori apps, and Advanced Procurement.
Experience with Material Ledger integration and Group Reporting in the MM context.
Exposure to digital transformation initiatives and process automation projects.
Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams (FI, SD, PP, WM) beyond core MM processes.
Prior experience mentoring junior consultants or team members in SAP MM.
Knowledge of SAP CDS views and custom reporting development for MM.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration projects (legacy to S/4HANA).
Understanding of industry‑specific MM processes (e.g., retail, manufacturing, pharma).
Ability to provide thought leadership in procurement or inventory strategy.
International project experience or working in multi‑country SAP implementations.
Proficiency in English communication skills, particularly for client‑facing roles and international projects.
