* Managing reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to maximize table turnover.
* Collaborating with waiters and kitchen staff to ensure perfect communication and service flow.
* Ability to anticipate guest needs and to provide attentive service to enhance their dining experience.
* Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the hostess station and waiting area.
* Assisting in coordinating special events and private bookings.
* Handling guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with aplomb and diplomacy.
