QHSE Specialist (6-month Stage)
We are looking for a QHSE Specialist to support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the COSMED’s Integrated Management System (QHSE).
The selected candidate will be involved in activities aimed at ensuring compliance with applicable Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental standards, as well as with mandatory and voluntary requirements.

TASKS
• Support in the drafting, review, and updating of manuals, general procedures, operating instructions, and technical standards related to the Integrated Management System (QHSE).
• Support the preparation and maintenance of QHSE records and documentation relevant to the organizational units.
• Participate in the review and analysis of business processes and activities, with the aim of improving efficiency and ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Support the management of deviations, non‑conformities, and complaints, including related documentation and follow‑up actions.
• Participate in the initial evaluation and qualification of suppliers, in accordance with QHSE requirements.
• Support the planning and execution of internal audits within the Integrated Management System.
STUDIES
Master’s scientific degree. A Master or postgraduate training focused on Management Systems (QHSE, Quality, Environment, Health & Safety) is considered a strong plus.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Excellent knowledge of:
• Microsoft Office
• ISO 9001
• ISO 45001
• ISO 14001
KNOWLEDGE OF THE FOLLOWING TOPICS (considered a plus):
• European regulation on medical devices (MDR 2017/745)
• ISO 13485
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Excellent knowledge of Italian and English is required.
