The role maintains technical guidelines, supports training and continuous improvement, handles major escalations, ensures customer satisfaction, and reports on technical performance while contributing to regional capability development. /p h3Your Mission /h3 pThe Regional Product Support ECA Manager leads the Product Support team dedicated to Filler and Labeller technologies within the Europe Central Asia region. The role ensures high‑level technical expertise, strong coordination across Service and Engineering functions, and timely support to customers and Field Service Engineers. /p pThis position is responsible for developing team competencies, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring efficient issue resolution across mechanical and automation platforms. Through close collaboration with Quality, Installation, Service, Field Service Managers, IC, QTS and Customer Management, the manager guarantees alignment on technical priorities and supports the delivery of consistent, high‑quality after‑sales / installation and commissioning service. /p pThe role also defines and maintains technical guidelines, best practices, and documentation to strengthen regional capabilities. It oversees root‑cause analyses and corrective actions, manages escalations, and ensures customer satisfaction through strong technical leadership.
