The task includes the creation and maintenance of cost allocation processes performed during the Period End Closure by the Costing Center of Competence and the Center of Scale Teams, being the custodian of the P&L quality. You will also support and guarantee the respect of compliance and the rules defined by the Nestlè Accounting Standards and the Costing Guidelines. A Day in the Life of a Junior Finance Specialist - Cost object creation and maintenance (cost centers/WBS) - PFME allocation process, user training, posting quality checks - Support users for the correct usage of cost objects; - Derivation rules setup and maintenance - Cost centers allocation cycle, creation and maintenance - Period End Closure (PEC) Health checks - Support Centers of Competence abroad in PEC calendar adjustment and detailing to the Market needs - Manage Centers of Competence activities to guarantee timely and accurate reporting - Ensure financial information and effective communication to the Controller Community - Support business in P&L analysis - Be an ambassador of compliance.
