The tech stack:
* Frontend: Next.js / React
* Backend: Ruby on Rails
* Tools: GitHub, CI/CD, low-code tools, and AI-powered helpers
* Projects include: ad-tech platforms, ISO reporting with AI, investment dashboards, and internal startups like MyBeauty and Affilify
What you’ll do:
* Lead technical execution from A to Z ✅
* Mentor a team of 2 mid-level devs
* Code, review, and build scalable solutions
* Drive best practices, speed, and innovation ⚙️
* Experiment with AI, automation, and smart workflows
Who we're looking for:
* A true builder mindset with solid Rails + Next.js experience
* Strong leadership & communication skills
* Curious about emerging tech and proactive in bringing ideas to the table
* Previous experience mentoring or leading dev teams
