Operations Manager – Italy Our client is a growing car rental brand operating in 34 countries, now expanding its corporate presence in Italy. Responsibilities : Oversee day-to-day operations across corporate branches, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with company policies. Implement and improve operational systems, processes, and best practices. Monitor and analyze KPIs to ensure service quality and profitability targets are met. Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain high service standards. Manage budgets, financial data, and forecasts to support business growth. Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a high-performance culture. Support development and expansion of the branch network within Italy, including franchise operations. Ensure legal compliance and alignment with corporate standards across all activities. Skills Required : Proven experience as an Operations Manager in the car rental industry. Strong knowledge of operations management, organizational effectiveness, and process optimization. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven. A degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred. Ability to travel up to 60% of the time, with increased travel during high season (May - October).
