We're looking for a motivated, hands-on 
Assistant Store Manager 
to join our team in Serravalle, supporting one of TLG's in-house brands. 
The 
Assistant Store Manager 
will assist the Store Manager in supporting the day-to-day activities and leading the store & team performance towards success. 
Focused on the business strategy of the store to achieve commercial targets and strongly motivated to enhance the brand's image and reputation, connecting and engaging with customers. 
As an assistant store manager you will welcome and assist customers throughout the entire sales process while supporting & coaching the team towards excellence, always focusing on delivering the highest customer experience, maximizing store targets, providing optimal and personalized customer service. 
Role Mission 
Support the Store Manager in ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations and effective floor management and take responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager 
Guide, coach and train the team to achieve sales goals. 
Select, train and motivate staff, maintaining a high level of engagement; 
Analyze the main KPIs and manage the operational activities of the point of sale (sales, warehouse management, shifts, goods preparation, etc); 
Ensure high visual standards throughout the store accordingly with brands guidelines 
Ensure excellent customer experience, welcoming and supporting customers. 
Implement clienteling strategies to effectively gather and leverage client feedback, driving continuous improvement, enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering long-term client loyalty. 
Selling skills 
Constantly present on the shop floor and fully available to look after customers needs 
Build customer loyalty, understand customer relationship management 
Be a brand ambassador and embrace the brand values 
Deliver a great after sales service 
Drive sales: coach the team in delivering exceptional and personalized customer experience 
Be knowledgeable of the collection and the fashion trends 
Leader skills 
Support the development of the team and store KPIs 
Inspire the team and lead by example 
Be proactive in developing your team skills and brand/product knowledge 
Be approachable and a great communicator 
Lead your team towards success through training & coaching in order to exceed the store objectives and KPIs

Required Qualifications 
Fluent English, additional languages are a strong plus. 
Proven team leader with a results-oriented mindset. 
Client-centric mindset with strong clienteling skills. 
Strong verbal communication skills. 
Highly organized and detail-oriented. 
Proactive and flexible, with strong problem-solving abilities. 
Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools and systems.
