Tech Development
* Develop and maintain websites using industry-standard technologies and programming languages.
* Optimize website performance and enhance user experience through smart design structures and innovative implementations.
* Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support to ensure functionality and security of eCommerce platforms.
* Collaborate with project teams to design and implement technical solutions that align with business strategies.
* Integrate payment systems, CRMs, ERPs, WMSs, and other software solutions to support operational workflows and enable online store customization.
* Work closely with the design team to ensure that UX and UI are both effective and feasible from a development standpoint.
* Monitor website performance, identify potential bugs or areas for improvement, and implement software updates.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure cutting-edge implementation.
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with programming languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and Python.
* Experience with eCommerce platforms, and ideally composable technologies.
* Familiarity with source code management tools like Git.
* Experience in system integration via APIs or database queries/views.
* Solid understanding of online security and data protection principles.
