Reporting directly to the Founders, you will own the sales funnel from prospecting to close, expand our network of luxury dealers, architects, and private clients, and shape the commercial strategy of the brand.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive new business within the global high-end design market, with a strong focus on Europe and the Middle East.Cultivate and expand relationships with luxury retailers, interior designers, real-estate developers, and UHNWIs.Develop quarterly sales plans, revenue forecasts, and KPI dashboards.Partner with Marketing to craft unforgettable launch events and digital campaigns.Provide market intelligence on trends, pricing, and competitor activity.Lead, mentor, and eventually recruit a small sales team as growth targets are met.Ideal Profile3+ years of proven success selling luxury furniture, lighting, or high-end interior products.Deep knowledge of the luxury design ecosystem—from showrooms and trade fairs to specification channels.Fluent, polished English (C1/C2) plus excellent command of the Italian luxury design market and its key players.Hunter mindset with a consultative approach and an exceptional network of decision - makers.Willingness to travel up to 40 % of the time for client meetings and design events.Compensation StructurePhaseDurationPay Model Launch First 6 months Commission-only (% of net sales)Growth After month 6 Competitive base salary + commission, calculated on the sales volume achieved in the first six monthsHigh performers will enjoy uncapped earning potential, a clear path to equity participation, and the chance to steer a globally recognized design brand into its next chapter.How to ApplySend your résumé and a one-page cover letter highlighting your most successful luxury design deals to the subject line “Sales Director – (Your Name)”.
