He/she will be responsible for the
day-by-day online activities to increase performance and accelerate growth
, coordinating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain and improve the e-commerce website experience to maximize conversion, order value, and customer satisfaction.
Improve merchandising, site search (searchandising), content, and overall user experience by managing daily activities.
Lead deep-dive data analysis to uncover trends and provide proactive, actionable insights that go beyond standard performance monitoring to support strategic decision-making.
Looker Studio) to track key business metrics and ensure a data-driven approach across the team.
Work alongside external agencies and internal colleagues to implement a profitable digital marketing strategy, focusing on SEO, GEO-marketing, and Digital Advertising.
Monitor and optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, recommendation engines, site search results, and sorting rules to drive revenue growth and improve customer experience.
Support the E-commerce Manager in building the e-store commercial plan to secure sales and margin objectives.
Work closely with the Marketing Department to define the website content calendar, direct marketing activities, and product launches.
3/4 years’ experience in the same role, preferably within multinational companies or digital marketing agencies, with direct experience in website back-end management.
~ Solid understanding of SEO, GEO, CRO, and online merchandising principles.
~ Strong expertise in Data Visualization & Reporting; Looker Studio, Power BI) to track e-commerce performances and business KPIs.
~ Proficiency with Product Information Management (PIM) / Digital Asset Management (DAM) software.
~ high proficiency in Excel is a must.
~ Experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud is considered a plus.
~ Strong project management skills and attitude.
~ Proactive Analytical Approach: ability to translate complex data sets from multiple sources into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
~ Strategic thinker with the ability to "look beyond the problem," focusing on building sustainable processes rather than just providing immediate fixes.
~ Data-Driven mindset: Proficiency in identifying emerging trends and anomalies, going beyond standard reporting to provide deep-dive analyses that support decision-making.
~ A passion for digital and sports is a must.
~ Fluent in English.
