A better future? /p pWe are Lear For You. /p pLocation: Pozzo d’Adda (MI) | Department: Logistics | Reports to: Logistics Manager /p h3Position Purpose /h3 pSupport and strengthen the plant logistics organization by supervising planning activities and driving optimization initiatives. The role ensures efficient material flow, inventory control, and continuous improvement of logistics processes to support overall plant performance. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupervise and coordinate daily logistics planning activities (inbound, outbound, and internal flows). /li liEnsure material availability aligned with production requirements. /li liMonitor and optimize inventory levels and stock accuracy. /li liAnalyze logistics KPIs (OTIF, inventory turnover, transport costs, stock discrepancies). /li liIdentify and implement logistics cost reduction and efficiency improvements. /li liImprove transport planning and warehouse utilization. /li liEnsure data accuracy within ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred). /li liCollaborate with Production, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Suppliers. /li liAct as backup to the Logistics Manager when required. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field. /li li3–5 years of experience in logistics planning within a manufacturing environment (automotive preferred). /li liStrong analytical skills and advanced Excel knowledge. /li liExperience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP is a plus). /li liKnowledge of Lean and continuous improvement principles. /li liFluent in Italian and English. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
