LocationPavia, ItalyAbout the CompanyOur client is a leading multinational in the food sector, internationally renowned for the quality and history of its products and brands.WorkplaceMilanoThe RoleThe candidate, reporting to the Credit Manager and coordinating a team of 13 resources, will be a key point of reference for all credit management issues related to assigned clients.Specifically, the responsibilities include:Managing credit management activities and customer accounting;Authorizing orders subject to credit approval;Verifying customer exposure in line with company policies;Monitoring deadlines and conducting recovery and prevention activities;Preparing and managing periodic aging reports and other internal and external reports according to procedures and guidelines;Managing insolvency situations by defining repayment plans and related supplies;Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities;Maintaining relationships and collaborating with various company stakeholders.Required Skills and ExperienceSolid experience in credit management activities;Proficiency in general accounting;Knowledge of the technical peculiarities of the GDO sector;Team management skills, team building abilities, and strong interpersonal skills.Human Value specializes in Executive Search Selection activities (Min.
