For a leading multinational manufacturing company (multi-plant, international), we are recruiting a G&A Controller for the Headquarters in Bolzano.
Responsibilities
The candidate will be part of the Finance G&A Team.
She/He will be responsible for the following activities:
* Monitoring and controlling general and administrative expenses to ensure alignment with budgetary guidelines
* Participating in month-end closing, business planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities, with a focus on G&A expenses
* Managing financial reporting and analysis for G&A costs, providing insights and recommendations to senior management
* Supporting various departments with financial analysis related to G&A expenses
* Developing and maintaining financial models to forecast G&A costs and identify potential cost-saving opportunities
Your Profile
- Master University Degree in Economics,
Finance, Engineering. An MBA is a plus
- Proficiency in all MS Office
Applications. Excellent Excel knowledge and Powerpoint is essential
- Previous experience in a multinational
company or as an auditor
* English at an advanced level (B2/C1)
* Good knowledge of IFRS
* SAP proficiency
* Oracle proficiency is a plus
