Ph3Overview /h3 pBID ENGINEER COORDINATOR EMEA INDIA — based in Suisio, Italy. We are looking for a passionate Bid Engineer Coordinator for our Air Team to develop and coordinate bid engineering activities for the EMEA India markets, with a focus on balancing customer expectations in terms of offer accuracy and response times. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liOrganize and manage bid activities in the EMEA India organization to meet customer needs and expectations. /li liManage the tasks assigned to bid engineering in coordination with the Sales Manager EMEA India. /li liParticipate in building a One Bid strategy across the Air Sales organization and implement it within the EMEA India organization (processes, tools, competences). /li liAttend coordination and follow-up meetings with the Air Team and within the EMEA India Air team. /li liOn request, attend customer presentation meetings to share company product knowledge and provide technical clarification (remotely or in real life). /li liCollaborate on internal projects where bid engineering knowledge can support to achieve Air Cooler sales. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree or Master of Science in Mechanical, Chemical or Energy Engineering with 5+ years of experience in Bid Engineering activities within manufacturing or engineering companies (preferably with a track record in complex thermal design). /li liSolid experience analyzing technical specifications within customer requests. /li liSolid experience understanding various mechanical regulations of pressure vessels including API 661 requirements. /li liExperience and knowledge of air cooler components is a plus. /li liHigh ability to read Process Data Sheets and PID; technical drawing knowledge (CAD). /li liItalian and English language proficiency. /li liTeam-oriented with sustained high energy levels, capable of integrating in the Sales Bid Engineering team and the Global Air Team. /li liAnalytical mindset and problem-solving skills. /li liFlexibility in developing solutions to meet different customer demands and expectations. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
