The role reports to the IT Associate Director FA, Sustainability e Internal Audit and it is based in Parma. /ph3Job Purpose /h3pbrThis role collaborates closely with business stakeholders to define functional IT strategy, identify business requirements, and facilitate the adoption of global IT solutions.brThe role is instrumental in bridging the gap between technology solutions and the strategic objectives of the business. The primary responsibility is optimizing the end-to-end Record to report, in particular General ledger Closing and Inventory valuation, EPM system (SAP BPC), process within the SAP extended environment and Microsoft Power BI. /ph3Key Accountabilities /h3ulliRequirements Gathering and Analysis: engage and collaborate with business stakeholders to comprehensively understand and document their business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications for SAP solutions and ERP extensions (BTP extensions and third-party solutions). /liliProject management /liliAct as the primary IT point of contact for Controlling stakeholders ( e.g. Group controlling organization) /liliContribute to the digitalization and automation of the processes in scope, through automation, Machine Learning and AI initiatives, enhancing the business capabilities and establishing new way of working. /liliTranslate Finance businessneeds into clear, structured IT requirements and solution roadmaps. /liliProcess Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains in line with evolution roadmap of SAP and recommend solutions / standardization / simplification to drive improvements and quick-wins. /liliSupport Finance leadership in system-related decision making with a pragmatic, fact-based approach. /liliChange Management: Assist in change management activities to ensure a smooth transition when implementing SAP S4 and updates. Collaborate on Fiori adoption roadmap /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulli5+ years of experience in similar roles, working in IT, in consultancy, or multinational company /liliBachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines (Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering, IT) /liliFluency in English /liliGood knowledge of finance controlling processes such as Material Ledger, Product Costing, Margin analysis and EPM /liliPlanned/Actual Product Cost Calculation, Managerial and Statutory Reporting is a must /liliPlanning and budget procedures /liliAdvanced technical and functional know-how on SAP S/4 Finance (e.g. material ledger, controlling, WBS is a must) /liliProject management capability is a must /liliWorking on sustainability topics is a plus /liliConfidence with FIORI APPs will be considered a plus /liliRelevant certifications are a plus: ITIL v4, Agile /liliInternational experience and mind-set is a plus /liliGood communication and interpersonal skills, “can do” attitude and ability to cooperate, building consensus /li /ulh3Additional info /h3ulliFull-time and permanent contract /li /ulpAt Barilla, we are committed to creating an inclusive and equitable workplace where diversity in all its forms is valued and embraced.
