Partner with the best
As part of the Maintenance Team, you will support maintenance activities on working machines and shop fixtures, contributing to analyzing causes of malfunctions, failure modes, and repetitive issues on the machinery.
Operating within the consolidated Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for:
* Coordinating the installation of new machines and plant equipment as part of the plant & equipment development plan, managing contractors/vendors, and ensuring all regulatory and HSE requirements are met.
* Developing and formalizing maintenance plans for new assets, optimizing them according to OEM recommendations.
* Managing spare parts inventory and supporting the procurement process for replacement parts.
* Supporting analysis and diagnosis of malfunctions, failures, and repetitive manufacturing problems, and recommending and implementing corrective actions.
* Liaising with engineering and production teams to support operational needs, including dealing with emergencies and unplanned repairs.
* Understanding PLC logic.
Fuel your passion
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or an equivalent high school/college diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in manufacturing/maintenance.
* Proven experience in a similar role, ideally leading a small team.
* The ability to read equipment manuals and understand technical drawings such as P&ID, hydraulic schematics, and electrical wiring diagrams to quickly identify and resolve faults.
* Proficiency with digital systems such as ERPs or warehouse management software.
* A focus on health and safety aspects.
* A great passion for mechanics and electronics.
