Business Analyst will work in the company IT unit focused on Business Process Automation, mainly based on Pega technology and low-code/no-code platforms, contributing to the digital transformation process in place and supporting other bank offices in their work. She/he will work as part of Pega CoE team to match business needs with technical development.
The Business Analyst main tasks will be:
- Understand customer needs and define functional requirements
- Design excellent IT solutions with high level of automatization and digitalization
- Evaluate business processes and identify improvements
- Design testbook, testplan and coordinate test execution
- Manage relationships of trust with internal customers and all stakeholders
- Manage internal and external communication
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- 1+ years of experience as Business Analyst
- Show ability to understand business challenges
- Previous experience in financial services (other players or consulting firms)
- Passionate team-worker with problem-solving and positive attitude
Nice to have:
- Knowledge/experience in Business Process Management platform and automation strategies
- Availability to travel to other Banca Generali offices (Milano / Trieste)
