For Fidia’s plant in Noto, we are recruiting a
PMO Expert
Who will collaborate in the management of projects assigned to the Local Unit, ensuring their progress according to the activity plan agreed with internal customers and in compliance with the assigned budget.
Main responsibilities:
* Collaborating to budget CAPEX planning for the Local Unit of Noto.
* Creating and applying engineering standards both in terms of planning, management (time and costs) and execution of projects.
* Ensuring maintainability concepts during engineering development by comparing and involving those in charge of maintenance.
* Collaborating with the QA department, to ensure compliance with GMP standards during the design and execution phases of projects.
* Verifying compliance with HSE standards in collaboration with RSPP.
* Working on the correct handover of projects by ensuring the training processes of end users by involving them from the early stages of development.
* Securing that AS built documentation is verified and delivered to users.
* Providing support and advice in the validation phases of the systems and collaborating with the departments responsible for conducting audits or inspections at the sites involved in new projects in progress or recently completed.
* Collaborating with corporate structures such as PMO, Engineering and HSE.
Requirements:
* Degree in engineering (mechanical, chemical, management, etc.) or other STEM degree.
* At least 6 months of experience in industrial projects, preferably in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food or chemical sectors.
* The candidate will preferably have completed a specialization course in project management.
* Good knowledge of Excel and the English language.
* Result orientation and problem-solving skills, combined with good communication and flexibility.

* An open-ended contract or a first fixed-term contract will be evaluated based on seniority in the role.
* Salary between 27.000€ and 34.000€.
