Within the Digital Solutions – Service Management team, we are looking for a resource to take on the role of Service Management Specialist, with experience in Project Management, process analysis, IT Service Management, and the management of digital transformation initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
* Support the governance of ITSM platforms and processes through analysis, monitoring, and continuous improvement of operational workflows
* Collaborate in managing Incident, Change, and Request Management processes, ensuring proper alignment with involved stakeholders
* Gather, analyze, and formalize functional and operational requirements from various business units
* Design and optimize workflows and business processes, with a focus on information flows and data quality
* Support the creation and maintenance of process documentation (procedures, KPIs, reporting, operational materials)
* Coordinate project activities, including planning, risk management, progress monitoring, and interaction with multidisciplinary teams
* Collaborate with technical teams (infrastructure, security, workplace) to ensure solution consistency and integration with existing processes
Role Requirements
* 3–5 years of experience in IT Project Management, or Process Management, preferably in consulting or corporate environments
* Experience coordinating IT and digital transformation projects (Agile/Waterfall)
* Familiarity with ITSM processes and ticketing tools (ServiceNow or Jira Service Management)
* Strong stakeholder management and effective communication skills with both technical and business teams
* Problem‑solving attitude, operational autonomy, and strong goal orientation
* Experience working in multi‑team and multidisciplinary environments

* Excellent communication skills and customer‑oriented mindset
* Strong problem‑solving abilities and priority‑management skills
* Team‑oriented approach and ability to perform under pressure
* Fluent in written and spoken English (C1 level)
