Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CRM & Digital marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), and target segmentation, with a strategic mindset and a clear understanding of multichannel customer journeys. Experience in digital marketing and media is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize CRM platforms, with a focus on Salesforce ecosystem tools. - Design and implement advanced segmentation strategies to drive personalized customer engagement. - Leverage CDP capabilities to unify customer data and activate insights across channels. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, media, digital) to ensure CRM strategies are fully integrated into broader campaigns. - Monitor and analyze CRM and campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations. - Contribute to the evolution of our multichannel strategy, ensuring consistency and innovation across touchpoints.
