Ph3RETRIBUZIONE ANNUA LORDA: /h3 h3SETTORE DI APPARTENENZA: Finance /h3 h3DESCRIZIONE AZIENDA /h3 pWe are lookinf for Finance manager southern europe for an important luxury maisonbr/South Europe retail zone is based in Milan, and covers retail operations for all the stores in 8 countries: Italy, Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Greece, Cyprus, Montenegro and Turkeybr/Directly reporting to the Finance Director / CFO, the Finance Manager will have a key role, is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Finance function, as well as strategic coordination with the different departments of the organization.br/Finance Manager will have 2 controllers its direct responsibility and will supervise the relation with the different accounting back offices in the 8 countries of the zone. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 h3Accounting and Treasury /h3 ul liSupervise monthly and quarterly accounting closings, according to Group standards /li liPerform regular ad hoc analysis and audits of balance sheet /li liReview statutory accounts, and participate to the annual audit /li liMonitor the day-to-day financial operations /li liReview tax returns and statutory compliance requirements /li liParticipate to the implementation or enhancement of new accounting systems /li liReview and validate payments throughout the week: external suppliers, payroll, taxes, and intercompany /li liForecast cash evolution of the different countries, considering local specificities and constraints /li /ul h3Controlling /h3 ul liAnalyze weekly performance of sales, through dedicated KPI’s /li liSupervise the forecasting of sales, in the different periods of the year: Budget, Revised, monthly rolling forecasts /li liAnalyze on monthly basis the performance of each country and cost center against the forecast /li liFollow-up the validated budget with different departments, in retail and head-office. Closely monitor costs evolution /li liElaborate store business plans for store openings or store renovations /li liPerform ad hoc business reviews /li /ul h3PROFILO DEL CANDIDATO IDEALE /h3 h3Profile Required: /h3 ul liMaster’s degree qualified in business or finance, with strong accounting skills (IFRS in particular) /li liMin 7 year experience in a company with international exposure /li liAn analytical mind /li liNegotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships /li liCommercial and business awareness. An experience in Retail environment is a plus /li liGood communication skills – both written and verbal.
