What the Role Delivers
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless end-to-end execution of customer service and commercial activities. You�ll manage the full-service order lifecycle�from contracts and pricing to order entry through delivery, billing, and revenue recognition�while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
In this dynamic role, you�ll collaborate closely with internal teams including Commercial, Finance, Logistics, and Operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company and export regulations. You�ll also act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism, precision, and a strong sense of ownership.
