The role will focus on the third release phases of a large-scale manufacturing transformation program, with significant impact across five manufacturing sites. The PA will work closely with business partners, the System Integrator, and internal IT teams to design, deliver, and test solutions that enable efficient manufacturing execution and supply chain processes. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as the IT liaison for business partners, representing IT in workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design. /li liTranslate business user stories into technical user stories and ensure alignment with system integrators (Accenture). /li liSupport solution design and testing for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and SAP eWM integrations. /li liCollaborate with contractors, business users, and system integrators to ensure smooth delivery of releases. /li liServe as the technical spokesperson for JJ IT with Accenture, ensuring solutions meet business and compliance needs. /li liDrive and coordinate testing activities across impacted systems and sites. /li liEnsure documentation and knowledge transfer are completed in line with program timelines. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Required /h3 ul liA minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. /li li3+ years of IT Business Analysis experience, preferably in pharma manufacturing or regulated industries. /li liSolid background in manufacturing processes and IT systems supporting manufacturing. /li liKnowledge and experience in one of the following disciplines: Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and MES integration, or SAP IM/WM. /li /ul h3Preferred /h3 ul liHands‑on experience with SAP-based solutions and solid grasp of ERP/MES landscapes. /li liDemonstrable ability to capture, document, and manage user stories and functional requirements. /li liExperience coordinating with system integrators (Accenture or similar). /li liExperience in S4 HANA and EWM. /li /ul h3Other /h3 pTravel percentage – 30% International domestic /p pReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Johnson Johnson Innovative Medicine by 2x /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
