DescriptionThe ECS IT Operations Manager acts as the IT reference point for mergers and acquisitions, from the due diligence phase through post-acquisition integration for ECS (part of Lavazza Group). The mission of the role is to ensure that IT integrations are structured and sustainable, while safeguarding business continuity and enabling value creation across acquired entities.Your day-to-day activities
Lead IT due diligence activities for new acquisitions, assessing risks, readiness, and integration complexity.Define, negotiate, and manage Temporary Service Agreements (TSAs), ensuring service continuity, appropriate service levels, cost accuracy, and sound commercial terms.Coordinate and oversee the implementation of IT solutions required during transition and integration phases.Assess IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, workplace solutions, applications, and IT support models, ensuring business continuity throughout the integration journey.Evaluate Data & Analytics capabilities and identify opportunities to enhance value post-acquisition.Identify and manage IT integration risks, costs, dependencies, and constraints; define and execute IT integration strategies (keep / migrate / replace), aligned with Group standards and business priorities.Coordinate internal IT teams, external vendors, and local stakeholders across multiple geographies.Collaborate closely with Group IT and business functions to ensure alignment, governance, and effective decision-making.
Relevant skills & competencies
Knowledge of IT transformation or complex integration programs.Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud environments, identity and access management, cybersecurity, and workplace solutions.English: fluent (essential).French: desirable.Available for frequent business travel.
