What we are looking for Your role will be focused on maximizing total revenues per head and margins by optimizing the company customer offering through : Product & services portfolio design and maintenance Pricing & promo strategy definition and monitoring You will be accountable for Design the product & services portfolio Hearing aids and other products Design product life cycle and launch of NPDs based on innovation funnel of suppliers (continuous relationship with them); leadership of launch projects in collaboration with other functions: Finance, Sales, Procurement, Audiology, etc Monitor and optimize the product portfolio Monthly forecast accuracy of product mix, average selling price and discount Services Define the strategy of bundles, service and additional service packs attached to the purchase of Hearing aids in order to push upselling and generate cross-selling Define pricing & promo strategy Continuous monitoring of average selling price, discount and margins performance and data analysis to detect issues, areas of improvement and recommending actions Monthly price forecasting Competition monitoring and reacting Promo and CRM campaigns design to reach ASP target and to push consumer upselling; postmortem analysis Disruptive business model thinking to boost market share and ensure company growth Pricing execution control in store Lead a continuous store systems evolution to always ensure full control on pricing, promotions and discount execution in store (Key user and liaison with IT function) What you’ll need Background Business / Engineering degree or equivalent Deep experience in pricing and product offering Proven track record of multifunctional projects leadership Digital knowledge would be very appreciated BI experience very appreciated Competencies Ability to influence the organization through a data driven approach, connecting key highlights to business priorities and action plan Ability to manage different stakeholders and play a strategic "team up" role cross country / functional teams towards common objectives Strong analytical skills Project management People management Presentation skills Fluent in English J-18808-Ljbffr
