You will be involved in major projects for national and international clients, working directly with top management.
Your responsibilities will include:
Rethinking theoperating modelsof key functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain) using organizational and operational levers to improve performance aligned with business strategies;
Supportingorganizational redesign and process re-engineeringthrough change management, unlocking transformation potential;
Evaluatingthe impacts and benefitsof initiatives, monitoring performance, and planning to address gaps.
Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics
This role is ideal if you have:
A master's degree inManagement, Business Administration, orManagement Engineering;
Strongorganizational and teamwork skills, with attention to detail and task management abilities;
Excellent knowledge ofMS Office;
Proficiency inEnglish, ideally with international experience.
