The company provides construction management, supervision, quality assurance, inspection, planning, and risk management services, working with international clients on complex onshore and offshore facilities from fabrication through installation and handover.Position SummaryThe Structural and Architectural Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all structural and architectural construction activities on site. This includes supervision of steel structures, platforms, decks, cladding, walls, ceilings, insulation, and building interiors for living quarters, control rooms, substations, and other project facilities. The role ensures work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, codes, and applicable standards.General Description of Role and ResponsibilitiesStructural Scope SupervisionSupervise fabrication and erection of structural steel components including main decks, trusses, pipe racks, platforms, ladders, stairs, and supportsEnsure alignment, welding, and bolting activities comply with approved drawings and relevant standards such as AISC, AWS D1.1, and API RP2AMonitor installation of load bearing structures and associated support systemsCoordinate lifting, fit up, and assembly of large modules or skidsArchitectural Scope SupervisionOversee installation of architectural finishes including internal partitions, flooring, wall panels, suspended ceilings, doors, windows, and furnishingsMonitor external cladding, insulation systems including thermal, fireproofing, and acoustic treatments, and waterproofing worksSupervise HVAC penetrations and interfaces with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing worksQuality, HSE, and ComplianceEnsure all works comply with project specifications, drawings, codes, and client requirementsEnforce site safety procedures, PPE usage, and permit to work systemsParticipate in inspections, dimensional checks, and material verificationsSupport punch listing, NCR close out, and final walkdownsCoordination and ReportingInterface with other discipline supervisors including piping, electrical, HVAC, and painting to resolve clashes and maintain progressAttend daily coordination meetings and contribute to look ahead and short term planningReport xpavfwm daily activities, manpower, and progress to the Construction Manager or Project EngineerQualifications, Experience, Knowledge, and SkillsBachelor of Science degree in Structural Engineering from an accredited universityMinimum of eight years' relevant post graduate experience within the disciplineStrong written and spoken English, with proven report writing capabilitySolid technical knowledge of structural and architectural materials, construction methods, and applicable standardsAbility to interpret fabrication drawings, architectural layouts, and detailed construction drawingsHands on experience with offshore modules, steel erection, and building interiorsFamiliarity with AutoCAD, Navisworks, or 3D model viewers is desirableProven leadership and coordination skills in multi cultural and multi discipline environments
