Interface with internal and external project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of DCC services. Support the definition, implementation, and governance of efficient Partner Integration Project processes. Support Commercial Organization and Partner Manager with technical and process consultancy. Ensure that implemented solutions are properly integrated into the GB organization. Coordinate and prioritize all customer requests related to decentralized IT. Manage ticket handling processes effectively. Develop and improve knowledge base pages for employees, including manuals and FAQs. Manage DCC applications' certifications, deployments, and overall management. Perform local user acceptance tests for solutions. Maintain updated country requirements. Provide technical pre-sales support. Offer 2nd level support to local Field Service teams. Conduct regular reports, reviews, and meetings with the Head of Payment and Product DCC team.
