Responsibilities Business & Partnership Development (70%) Build & implement personal business action plan (weekly / monthly / quarterly / annually) following the unit’s strategy, direction & sale target; assist unit head to build unit business plan Frequently monitor personal performance and report to line manager, including pipeline tracking and gap analyses Direct sales responsibilities: identify & approach new prospects, prepare proposals, negotiate & close deals; build and maintain rapport with clients Develop expertise in relevant areas to maximize performance, and build both business and personal branding Ensure ethics / code of conduct in selling services; ensure compliance with company policies Team Contribution (20%) Strict adherence to the training requirements of the company & department Conduct self-reflection and regular performance reviews with line manager for improvement Participate in internal activities, provide personal feedback and initiatives for company development Encourage involvement in internal activities or projects with different roles for new experiences Support unit head to maintain a high-performing team Comply with and promote key values & culture of the BD department and company Others (10%) New market potential unleashing: Support Business Unit Leader to re-evaluate client feedback and market needs for product and service innovation and optimization suggestions Other duties as assigned by line managers or the company Report to: Business Development Supervisor Promotion: Can be promoted to Business Development Supervisor Benefits Competitive salary, 13th month salary, sales commission Premium healthcare insurance 12 days of annual leave & 5 days of sick leave Performance appraisals and promotion every year Standard health check Company trip, year-end party, team building Occasion-based offerings: Birthday, wedding, maternity, ...
