Your Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Pensions & Benefits Manager – Global IEB Lead to join our global Pensions & Benefits team, reporting to the Global Head of Pensions & Benefits. This collaborative team ensures comprehensive oversight, strong governance, and effective risk management for our pension & benefits programs worldwide. Each team member takes ownership of a particular area of the field, ensuring best practices across regions. The Center of Excellence leads and manages a diverse portfolio of projects related to pensions and benefits and provides strategic-conceptual advice and practical support to our Compensation & Benefits Hub Leads in delivering competitive, locally tailored benefits while maintaining global standards.

This Pensions & Benefits Manager – Global IEB Lead plays a pivotal role in various key areas:

* Overseeing, governing, and controlling our global Insured Employee Benefits Programs worldwide, including global ownership of Insured Employee Benefits governance, finance strategy, risk management, and cost control.
* Leading, managing, and/or contributing to local, regional, and global pensions & benefits projects to support continuous enhancements.
* Governing, controlling, managing, shaping, and actively managing our pension programs from a strategic perspective, focusing on design, implementation, and governance in line with legal, regulatory requirements and our strategy.


How you will make an impact

Global Insured Employee Benefits Component of Position

* Act as single point of contact for our C&B Hub Leads and broker network on strategic insured employee benefits matters.
* Collaborate with the global broker to ensure high-quality service delivery and manage vendor relationships with a strategic focus.
* Manage IEB finance and risk management strategy with support from the global broker.
* Manage global Insured Employee Risk Pools, monitor sustainability, and network partnerships.
* Identify cost control measures and actions to address cost drivers; interpret and analyze claim reports with the global broker.
* Shape the annual renewal strategy with the global broker to address market developments for local brokers and C&B Hub Lead colleagues.
* Develop regular insured employee benefits risk management reporting as part of the annual pensions & benefits risk management reporting.
* Review and develop Insured Employee Benefits Regulation to stay aligned with the company’s people strategy and culture.

Pensions & Benefits Management Component of Position

* Contribute to strategic development and enhanced operational execution of pension programs.
* Monitor and analyze countries’ pension programs with changes in legislation to ensure legal compliance, risk assessment, cost control, and vendor service quality; develop and modify pension plan designs, select vendors, prepare business cases, and lead implementations. Collaborate with legal, finance, compliance, and external consultants. Manage vendor relationships. Draft pension plan rules (policies), member booklets, communication strategy, and materials.
* Provide guidance to other HR functions to support seamless delivery of pension programs.
* Collaborate with the Pensions & Benefits Team to ensure data comprehensiveness and accuracy in the Global Benefits Data Repository.
* Lead and contribute to rollout and ongoing operation of country and global pension and benefit projects.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop targeted trainings to upskill the HR and C&B organization. Share knowledge with internal stakeholders.


Your Background

* 5+ years of experience in Pensions and Insured Employee Benefits in an international environment, ideally within a multinational matrix organization, with understanding of challenges and impact on financials and reporting.
* Bachelor degree or equivalent in Economics, Business Administration, Law, or comparable field.
* Proficiency with IT tools and strong MS Office skills.
* Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization and communicate across business units, functions, and jurisdictions.
* Project Management experience, leading and coordinating stakeholders to achieve objectives.
* End-to-end process thinking and analytical skills.
* Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
* Self-driven, collaborative, enthusiastic, inclusive, curious, and willing to learn; ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
* Fluency in spoken and written English.
