Ph3Description /h3 pbThe opportunity /b /p pHitachi Energy is seeking a Global SCM Project Expert for the Business Unit Transformers to orchestrate a portfolio of cross‑functional sustainability and regulatory initiatives (e.g., packaging, CRMA, EUDR). You will align stakeholders, plans, dependencies and tracking to support effective delivery across the portfolio and also lead selected priority initiatives from scope through delivery. This position offers broad exposure and strong development opportunities. /p h3How you will make an impact /h3 ul liPartner with Supply Chain, Sustainability and key functions at global, regional and BU level to understand the initiative portfolio and emerging priorities. /li liBuild and maintain stakeholder mapping and governance (role clarity, RACI) to enable effective decisions, communication and delivery. /li liCoordinate planning and tracking of cross‑functional initiatives across sustainability, regulatory compliance and responsible supply chain practices, aligned to business objectives and external obligations. /li liImprove coherence across workstreams by structuring roadmaps, clarifying interdependencies, and aligning scope and milestones across functions. /li liLead selected priority initiatives end‑to‑end—driving scope definition, stakeholder alignment, planning and delivery. /li liTranslate regulatory and sustainability requirements into implementable plans and milestones, enabling consistent execution and tracking across Supply Chain and adjacent functions. /li liProvide portfolio‑level oversight and reporting on progress, risks and dependencies to support timely escalation and decision‑making. /li liStrengthen collaboration and continuous improvement through clear, transparent communication on objectives, status and outcomes. /li /ul h3Your background /h3 ul liDegree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. /li liProven experience leading or coordinating cross‑functional initiatives in global SCM or operations, including delivery in complex matrix organizations. /li liStrong understanding of SCM processes and governance, with the ability to translate requirements into structured plans and actionable initiatives. /li liExperience supporting initiatives related to sustainability, regulatory compliance and/or risk management within supply chain or operations environments. /li liFamiliarity with compliance‑oriented programs and change initiatives; able to work with legal/compliance/regulatory experts to align processes, controls and external obligations. /li liStrong analytical, organizational, communication and stakeholder‑management skills; able to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies and progress without direct line authority. /li liFluency in English (both written and oral). /li /ul h3More about us /h3 pWe offer you the opportunity to work with fantastic people and develop yourself on projects that present great technical challenges and have a real impact.
