Your role at KIKO MILANO
We are looking for a
Global Marketing Intern
to join KIKO MILANO's HQ.
Such talent will focus on:
Support execution of the Special Projects stream works featuring key relevance for KIKO Milano, with special focus onto E2E roll-out of Milano Cortina **** Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games Sponsorship
Ensure timely delivery of the assigned projects
Support in developing internal presentations
Actively manage communications with relevant internal/external stakeholders
Govern calendar appointments setting and coordinate agendas
In particular, you will:
Coordinate all types of incoming requests related to Special Projects, supporting from brief drafting to final execution and close-out report, mediating the conversation between external Partners and HQ Teams
Keep track of all the ongoing activities related to the project, i.e. meetings setting, minutes drafting, follow-ups, coordinating with cross functional HQ teams and with external Partners
Act as the key point of reference for guideline compliance and creative asset approvals, ensuring adherence to Olympic and Paralympic regulations
Liaise with key HQ teams for any relevant topic (Global Product teams, Creative services, Social Media, PR, Communication, Trade Marketing and Merchandising, CMI, Legal, Planning and Logistics, others in HQ)
Ensure thoughtfully support for preparation of decks
Support operational implementation of key workstreams, acting through official channels and platforms
Properly represent KIKO Milano and the HQ team reporting into whenever approaching external high-profile contacts in the Beauty industry, not excluding competitors 'companies
What you will need to succeed
Previous experience in Marketing Function or Consulting Firm; former work experience in the Beauty / Retailer industry will be considered a plus as well as work experience in multinational/global companies;
Passion for beauty business;
BS or MSc in Economy or Marketing;
Excellent analytical skills;
Good knowledge of Office package (Excel, Power Point, SAP);
Fluent in English written and spoken, other languages are a plus;
Good knowledge of Marketing principles, analytical logics and economic data;
Unrivaled project management and presentations skills;
Good understanding of the retail industry and trends.
