Responsibilities
* Support selected Spooners by handling both personal and professional errands, helping them stay focused on strategic priorities.
* Conduct thorough research on topics relevant to the assisted Spooners, distilling findings into clear, concise reports.
* Organize travel experiences by coordinating transportation and accommodation for business and personal trips.
* Manage communications with discretion and efficiency, responding to requests promptly.
* Take ownership of small projects from initial planning through to completion.

The selection process
If you pass screening, you’ll take a few tests to assess how you approach unfamiliar problems. They’re challenging and may take several hours. If successful, you’ll be invited to a series of interviews. We set the bar high and won’t extend an offer until we’re convinced we’ve found the right candidate. The role may stay open for months or be reposted.

Bending Spoons is a demanding environment. We’re ambitious and hold ourselves to high standards, which fosters extraordinary learning and career growth but also requires significant commitment. We recommend spending your first months in our Milan office to ramp up quickly, with travel and accommodation support. After that, you may work from our Milan or London offices, or remotely from approved countries as agreed at the offer stage.
