Experience and Requirements Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in the role of Proposal Manager, preferably in projects related to Public Infrastructure works, at both national (good knowledge of Italian procurement codes) and international levels, will be considered a relevant plus Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Infrastructure Civil Work sector, preferably with a background in Civil Design and/or Hydraulic Engineering, understanding the challenges and opportunities present in this context. Management Skills: Proven skills in managing proposals and bids, including overseeing multidisciplinary teams involved in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
