ABOUT THE ROLE

JOB TITLE : Sales Assistant

LOCATION : Remote or Hybrid (Milan)

TYPE OF CONTRACT : Freelance (VAT)

Duration : Three-month term, with extension based on fit and performance.

Terms : Pay based on conversions (paid quarterly) and number of leads managed (paid monthly), plus bonus based on personal CSAT score.

You will be able to work when and where you want, with constraints being (i) handling tickets within 180 minutes to ensure service continuity and CX; (ii) working during the team's existing hours.

What you'll do :

1. Seek and convert leads, selling the WeRoad dream.
2. Be the point of contact for WeRoaders through all major sales channels (Facebook, Instagram, Zendesk, WhatsApp, phone, etc.).
3. Guide WeRoaders through the sales process, leveraging our products and the value of the WeRoad experience.
4. Maintain and update an organized sales pipeline and record customer interactions.
5. Be an expert on our adventures, providing tailored recommendations to customers seeking support for their ideal trip.

* Experienced salesperson with a strong commercial approach.
* Passion for tourism and travel, ideally having traveled with WeRoad and possessing good knowledge of major destinations.
* Enthusiastic, an exceptional motivator and communicator, able to convey energy and personality online and face-to-face.
* Ambitious, target-driven, self-motivated to achieve results.
* Outgoing, sociable, a team player, and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
