Purpose of Position: Support the activity of the Research and Development team in the entire process of developing new products (chocolate and creams) from the definition of the recipe to the realization on an industrial scale Description of main Activities/Responsabilities: - Definition and creation of new product formulations - Creation of samples on a pilot plant - Support in the creation of the product data sheet - Support in the implementation of Panel Tests - Frequent and continuous collaboration with Quality, Production, Purchasing and Marketing Professional and Personal skills: - EDUCATION: - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Food Science and Technology - PROFESSIONAL SKILLS: - Experience in sensory analysis - Ability to use the main analytical tools present in the laboratory - Knowledge of food chemistry and composition - EXPERIENCE: - 5-6 years of experience in the role, preferrable in confectionary sector - LANGUAGE SKILLS: - Fluent English - SOFT SKILLS: - Excellent analytical skills - Predisposition for autonomous management and organization of work - Good communication and relationship skills - Analytical and time optimization skills - Ability to work in a dynamic context
