THE DREAM is upon us! As part of the Engineering Directorate – CaDM & Program Security Department, we are seeking a Senior Configuration Engineer. Responsibilities include: Acting as focal point in Configuration and Data Management within the Launchers Exploitation family to support CM process definition and maintenance, promoting standardization. Contributing to project CADM plans and monitoring CM performance with Product Assurance Managers. Managing configuration evolution, baselines verification, and as-built control. Organizing Configuration Control Boards (CCBs) for change requests and proposals. Evaluating change requests, notifying relevant parties, and managing the process to completion. Communicating CCB outcomes to involved parties, including the Application Directive (DA). Uploading change requests into the Change Manager System and tracking their status. Evaluating Supplier Product Configuration Waivers and supporting PA Managers. Controlling the evolution of Project Baseline Requirements and ensuring traceability. Coordinating Project Reviews and managing the RID / eRID System. Supporting the implementation of configuration control procedures aligned with standards. Providing status reports and maintaining configuration records. Assisting in project audits. The ideal candidate will have: A Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent. Over 4 years of experience in configuration and documentation management within an engineering environment. Strong communication skills, initiative, autonomy, and professionalism. Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Dassault ENOVIA, IBM DOORS and NEXT, Eclipse / Polaris, DS MBSE. Knowledge of ESA Configuration and Documentation Management standards (ECSS). Fluency in English; French is an advantage. Knowledge of European Launch System (LS-SM) standards is a plus. Experience with ESA projects is advantageous.
