Position
Alpinestars is seeking an IT Microsoft Dynamics 365 Owner to join the IT Team and support the design, implementation, and governance of the new ERP.
Responsibilities:
* You will own the ERP roadmap, aligned with business and IT strategy.
* You will translate business requirements into technical solutions and configure Dynamics 365 F&O.
* You will also act as single point of accountability for ERP design, delivery, and improvement.
* You will be in charge of defining ERP governance, standards, and best practices.
* You will ensure system reliability, data integrity, and security compliance.
* You will identify process bottlenecks and drive automation.
* You will provide support, manage incidents, and perform root-cause analysis.
* You will also coordinate UAT, upgrades, and zero-downtime deployments.
* Moreover, you will oversee data quality, documentation, and user training.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Dynamics 365 ERP experience (F&O).
* 5+ years in ERP implementation or solution ownership.
* Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Fluency in English.
Nice to Have:
* Dynamics 365 certifications.
* Experience in global/multi-company environments. xrdztoy
* Knowledge of ITIL or Agile methodologies.
