At Pentera, you will be at the forefront of cybersecurity innovation, working on advanced tools that challenge organizations' defenses and push the limits of security testing. /ppbr/ppWith over 400 team members and 1,100+ customers in more than 50 countries, Pentera is a growing company supported by top investors like Insight Partners, K1, and The Blackstone Group. /ppIf you are looking to grow your skills, make a difference, and be part of an innovative team, Pentera is the place for you. /ppbr/ppbAbout the role: /b /ppWe are looking to hire an experienced Customer Success Manager based in Italy, who will be responsible for maintaining and expanding Pentera’s relationship with a portfolio of customers in the Iberia region. /ppbr/ppThe ideal candidate would be experienced in Customer Success Management in the Cyber Security Industry, with a strong technical and commercial orientation and the ability to custom-tailor solutions for a variety of scenarios. /ppPassionate about delivering a great customer experience and well versed in handling complex customer needs. /ppA positive and energetic person with the hunger to grow business and make an impact at an organization set on becoming the number one player in the Security Risk Validation space. /ppbr/ppbRoles and Responsibilities: /b /pulliOperate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts /liliRepresent the company at customer accounts and voice customers’ needs internally ensuring customer expectations are met /liliEstablish productive and close relationships with key stakeholders at customer accounts, maintaining regular meetings (both onsite and remote) with customers /liliForecast and track key account metrics /liliSeek growth sales opportunities within the portfolio of accounts /liliTake ownership of commercial activities with all assigned accounts /liliDevelop technical understanding with Pentera's product /liliMaintain close collaboration with our Sales team as a supporting role, facilitating opportunities while keeping our clients highly engaged /liliClearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders /liliManage ad-hoc queries from customer accounts /liliMaintain all information about customer activity within the CRM platform /liliTravel to on-site business review meetings with targeted customer accounts /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements: /b /pulli5+ years of previous experience as a Customer Success Manager, part of a global organization, managing global accounts /liliExperience in a Cyber Security company, preferably a startup /liliExperience in managing Renewals /liliDemonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level /liliStrong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills /liliProven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail /liliMotivation, proactiveness, ability to work independently and as a part of a team /liliSpanish and English : Fluent /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppWe are an equal opportunity employer and we are committed to building a diverse and talented workforce.
