Position Overview
This position is responsible for planning and monitoring complex, multi‑year EPCI projects, ensuring the identification and completion of critical path and parallel work activities to achieve optimum performance.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Develop project estimates and resource‑loaded schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project software
Calculate earned‑value management reporting parameters
Work directly with Project Managers and team members to identify and resolve problems related to planning and scheduling
Directly monitor, control, consolidate and provide feedback on the project plans developed
Assist the project management team in preparing project reporting, analysis and various management reports
Conduct project progress monitoring, including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts against progress achieved to date
Regularly keep management informed of problems, issues and status of the project against the baseline programme
Define and prepare monthly KPIs and reporting in accordance with project requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science or Business
Proficiency in Excel, MS Project and Primavera P6
Fluent in English
Minimum Experience
2 to 5 years of experience in project controls, primarily in project planning and schedule development on EPCI projects (experience in construction and oil & gas environments is appreciated)
Working knowledge and experience with Earned Value Management Systems are essential
Experience defining and producing planning reports / dashboards
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
Proven track record in successfully planning multi‑disciplined projects
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Team player able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Willingness to travel (in and out of the country) around 20–30 % of the time
