The Immunology franchise’s main goal is to develop and commercialize innovative therapies for patients suffering from Chronic Inflammatory Diseases with immunological patterns. The Italian Immunology Medical Affairs team actively works in Dermatology, Allergic, and Respiratory Diseases such as Severe Asthma, Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyps, Eosinophilic Esophagitis, COPD, and more. Main responsibilities : The Medical Manager for Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyps, reporting to the Therapeutic Area Manager Respiratory, will join the Medical Affairs Immunology office-based team and will : Define and implement the Medical plan for the area of interest, aligned with local and global medical strategies, under the supervision of the Therapeutic Area Manager Respiratory. Contribute to product strategy development in collaboration with the HQ Marketing Team to identify unmet medical needs and ensure patient-centric approaches. Develop and maintain a network with KOLs through scientific information sharing and collecting insights from the scientific community. Participate in scientific meetings and conventions to gather research proposals aligned with product strategies. Manage Advisory Boards to set scientific goals, define content, and guide dialogue with consultants. Provide scientific support to Marketing, Field Force, and other functions (including RA, PV, Quality, MAx, PA, Legal, Communication). Develop scientific content for MSL interactions and materials for sales force training and promotional purposes. Coordinate with the MSL manager to define and implement the KOL engagement plan. Certify scientific training of CSAs regarding medicines and pathologies in their field. Support clinical research activities by assessing protocol feasibility and coordinating investigator selection. Ensure activities comply with company procedures and conduct codes. Experience : Previous experience in Medical Affairs. Experience in the Respiratory field is a plus. Technical and Soft Skills : Flexibility, scientific proactivity, and collaborative sharing of materials across functions. Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills. Education : Scientific Degree (Medicine, Surgery, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology). Master's Degree in Medicine is a plus. Languages : Proficiency in English.
