PThe Pre-Sales Engineer will drive the technical support and applications of VRF systems and other light commercial AC during the sales process. /ppYou will be responsible for producing all technical aspects of tender responses and written customer proposals. /ppOccasionally, you will demonstrate or present HVAC solutions to customers. /ppYou will work closely with the entire technical team to ensure a comprehensive plan is in place to achieve technical and sales objectives. /ppA key part of your role is to ensure customer or consultant satisfaction by reviewing and interpreting their requirements and delivering complex technical sales proposals. /ph3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3ulliPresent HVAC technical solutions to customers and consultants. /liliDevelop and maintain excellent relationships with consultants, technical engineers from distributors or contractors. /lilibLearn the products and train the sales team on selling points. /b /liliConduct competitive product analysis and provide feedback on product demands as the local market product manager. /liliSupport the sales team with product promotion, attend technical seminars and events. /li /ulh3YOU MUST HAVE /h3ulliAt least two years of work experience in the HVAC industry, or recent college graduate. /liliProficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.
