This role is strategic in ensuring the proper oversight of company processes, as well as guaranteeing regulatory compliance and the maintenance of the certifications required to support business operations.Key Responsibilities
Managing and developing the Integrated Management System (IMS)Ensuring the level of operational quality required by clientsEvaluating and defining company processesDefining and monitoring Quality and Environmental objectivesOverseeing performance control and KPI management, including implementation in company systemsPlanning and optimizing logistics processes (needs analysis, route definition, delivery efficiency strategies)Driving environmental and sustainability initiativesManaging internal and external auditsHandling non-conformities and claims, including root cause analysisActing as a key interface with clients and suppliers on Quality and Environmental mattersSupporting tenders, RFQs, questionnaires, and customer satisfaction activitiesManaging claims processes, including reporting, analysis, and coordination with insurance companies, clients, and legal department
