For our portfolio company FIAMM, an industrial manufacturer headquartered in Montecchio/Vicenza (Veneto), we are looking for a Maintenance Manager (m/f/d).ResponsibilitiesManage all maintenance resources.Analyse plant performance indicators and implement countermeasures on maintenance strategies.Manage preventive and predictive maintenance strategy (create new or update existing).Set implementation priorities of interventions based on production needs, cooperating with the plant operations team to promote improvements in O.E.E. and overall process.Supervise preventive and predictive maintenance scheduling.Manage the CAPEX and OPEX assigned to the department.Supervise spare parts warehouse management and related priorities.Analyse and organise training needs for new employees.Evaluate the skills of each maintenance technician.Standardise work through formulation of standard operating methods and verify their application with the collaboration of function managers.Manage maintenance improvement projects through the implementation of Lean methodologies in coordination with the directives of continuous improvement.Communicate and coordinate with the company management, central functions and other departments.QualificationsDegree of a Professional Technician Institute in a scientific/electronic or mechanical field or equivalent work experience.Minimum 3 years of experience in a maintenance role.Experience in maintenance processes and operations within industrial or manufacturing environments.General understanding of maintenance management principles.Knowledge of operating systems (MS Windows).Proficiency with office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.Intermediate-level use of SAP (PM).Minimum intermediate knowledge of English.Accuracy and attention to detail.Organisational and planning abilities.Effective communication within technical and cross‐functional teams.Problem‐solving and reliability in maintenance activities.
