**Role Purpose**:
The IT Vendor & Performance Management Analyst will be responsible for providing assistance to the Vendor Manager in regards to Service Level Agreements and KPIs, to grant performance compliance with organizational needs and requirements. Responsible for negotiating contract SLA/KPIs and ensuring that these are met.
Additional responsibilities will include:
- Support all Digital&IT functions on vendor performances matters
- Manage vendor relationships
- Ensure vendor fulfil contractual obligations
- Drill-down of insights
- Grant compensation/service credits in case of underperformances
- Manage critical failures escalation
**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:
- Timely and accurate SLA/KPIs measurements, discussion of results and creation of an executive dashboard for tracking reporting supplier performances
- Support Vendor Management Team in technical contract renewal/negotiation setting adequate SLA/KPIs in line with service objectives, described in details
- Vendor onboarding to Vodafone policies and procedures for what relates SLA/KPIs, informing vendors of their responsibilities and obligations and granting compliancy with company policies

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:
- Preferred 3 years proven experience working in vendor management / contract analysis environment / SLA management
- Incident Management systems knowledge (e.g. Remedy)
- ITIL certification is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in STEM
- Fluent both in Italian and English (written and spoken)
