As part of the HR Department HRBP HQ Team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions: HR Strategy and Support Translate the business units' strategy into short- and mid-term HR initiatives to support the business strategy for assigned clients. Identify recruitment needs in collaboration with Line Managers and define appropriate hiring strategies. Monitor the organizational climate, identify potential issues, and ensure fairness within different areas. Act as the primary communication link between Line Managers and the HR Department. Ensure compliance with company policies and coordinate disciplinary actions with Line Managers. Embark as a Sephora Ambassador, embodying Sephora's values. Lead the team in implementing processes aligned with the overall HR strategy. Participate in career days and employer branding events representing Sephora and the LVMH Group. Training and Development Organize and conduct training sessions. Manage and improve key talent tools and programs, including RISE, LVMH Talent, and My Sephora Career (MSC SAP SuccessFactors). Facility Management Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure health, safety, and industry standards compliance. Supervise maintenance and repairs, including refurbishments and renovations. Oversee central services such as reception, security, cleaning, catering, waste disposal, parking, and fleet management. Implement best practices to increase operational efficiency. Negotiate contracts and compare costs to optimize delivery and savings, collaborating with the Indirect Procurement Manager. Coordinate vendor activities and foster productive relationships. Manage the facility budget and generate reports on finances, contracts, and expenditures. Who we are looking for: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in HR roles. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills. Fluency in English. High integrity, adaptability, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
