The hotel also features La Lodge at the top of the mountain with restaurant and bar, along with Kids Club. /li /ulpJOB AIMS REQUIREMENTS /ppFor our Marriott-Autograph Collection property, Grotta Giusti Thermal Spa Resort, we are looking for a talented Operations Manager who guarantees the regular operation and efficiency of the departments under his coordination and responsibility, with the goal of maintaining the high level of standards offered to the clients. /ppHe reports directly to the Cluster General Manager of the resort and replaces him in case of absence, as a representative of the hotel, during events, meetings and VIP welcomes. He also interfaces with all operations teams and related managers: room division, housekeeping, and food beverage. /ppRESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES /pulliGuarantees the running of the activities in the resort, in line with the procedures of the hotel and the company IHC. /liliGuarantees the supervision of the quality of service and manages emergencies that may occur during the absence of the Cluster General Manager. /liliCoordinates with the Maintenance Department and the Room Division the interventions of small and ordinary maintenance, supervising the correct keeping and compilation of the relative registers and annotations. /liliWith the Director he shares the trend of revenues, employment, the rates applied and the operating and qualitative results aligned with the budget objectives. /liliCollaborates with the Revenue team of HQ to manage all issues related to prices and price lists to be proposed in the hotel. /liliCollaborates with the Cluster General Manager in drafting the annual budget and in the supervision of the monthly trend. /liliSupports the Cluster General Manager in the management of complaints and oversees the main qualitative and quantitative indices of the function and proposes strategies for improvement. /liliEngages with any companies involved in outsourcing services, in collaboration with the Human Resources department of the headquarters. /liliCarries out periodic checks on the service provided by the FB Department, compiling the relevant company checklists to verify the correct application of quality standards and compliance with HACCP and food preparation standards. /li /ulpREQUIREMENTS /pulliProficient in English and knowledge of one or more foreign languages. /liliPrevious experience as hotel manager or deputy manager in 5* resorts. /liliKnowledge of Protel and Opera operating systems. /liliDirect experience or knowledge of the SPA sector. /liliKnowledge of the standards of Marriott brands. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
