Who we are We are Seares, a Tuscany company born in 2018, with the goal to change the way every floating body moor and anchor across the seven seas. We produce the most innovative hydraulic and mechatronic mooring system called Seadamp. Seares will be one of the main partners in the ports and marinas digital transition, in the offshore anchoring industry and in the Yacht and Superyacht mooring. Who are we looking for? Our project is ambitious and challenging, that’s why we’re looking for a brave industrial engineer with 3 - 5 years of experience in: executing the mechanical development and producing the technical documentation (Specifications, Drawings, BoM, Test plans, etc.) interfacing with technical activities of products and processes development, internally and eventually with partners/suppliers; supporting and providing engineering expertise to the other departments; working in synergy with electronic engineers to develop mechatronic products; working in cross-functional teams with program manager, manufacturing, quality, purchasing and R&D team; interfacing with clients, at a global level; Problem-solving attitude.
